Vicky Kong

Co-founder of Common Ground Design, Landscape Architect (Norway) and General Practice Surveyor with over 20 years of experience across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans landscape architecture, master planning, land art, project management, and real estate.

Deeply passionate about permaculture and sustainable living, Vicky integrates ecological principles into her design philosophy, creating spaces that nurture both people and the planet. She balances precision with playfulness, and her work has been recognized in over ten architectural competitions. She brings warmth, depth, and a holistic vision to every project she leads.

Outside the studio, she’s a cat-lover, vocalist in her band, a culture explorer, and a hands-on farmer who finds much joy in cultivating a slow and conscious lifestyle.
